[AMSAT-BB] OMOTENASHI expects a big antenna on the Earth?

Looks like those of us curious about the OMOTENASHI cubesat going to the moon with Artemis will need to make friends with EME or radio astronomy people. If I am reading the link budget correctly from https://www.isas.jaxa.jp/home/omotenashi/JHRCweb/jhrc.html it seems like I will need about a 10m diameter dish (for 31.6 dBi gain) to receive telemetry from the orbiter. Am I reading that wrong?
