Bob, I had that problem once years ago, when I ran QRP for a bunch of contacts. It all depends on how the other stations puts you in their log. If they put your call in without the /P, then LOTW will not recognize it as a match. I ended up uploading the same contact under my N3YUG, and N3YUG/QRP accounts.
