Coming from the HF DX/contest world, very active since 1966, I would encourage people to expect and accept , if not embrace, a certain level of chaos in their radio operations. That’s what makes it fun. Surely, if certain individuals repeatedly and stubbornly act contrary to good practice, they should be called out.
