[amsat-bb] sats to hear from Fairbanks

We will be putting in a new UHF ground station in Fairbanks next week and would appreciate any suggestions as to what sats to listen for when testing the downlink capability. 435 - 437 or 450 downlinks. They need to be polar-ish, Fairbanks is 64.8N.
