For reasons which have to do with AO-85 being launched on a NRO mission, there are permanent restrictions on the dissemination of its Keps. The only place you can download them is the AMSAT list. It is called nasabare.txt, though your program may call it something different such as "Amateur (amsat.org)." I don't use GPredict so can't give you details, but the issue exists no matter what program you are using.
