Bob, the students included 145.825 in the hope of being digipeated via the ISS. Unfortunately that digipeater is no longer operating so they've been hoping one of the other APRS sats on 145.825 may pick it up. Info at https://amsat-uk.org/2016/12/09/ubseds21-145-825-aprs/
