[AMSAT-BB] Question

In view of the problems experienced by the StarLink satellites I have a question.

I know the StarLink birds are in LEO.  That means there is lots of Doppler shift involved.  How do the StarLink terminals keep locked on to the signals on the downlink and compensate for the Doppler.
