As far as I know, there has been no actual confirmation from anyone that "Shaonian Xing" is one of the 7 coordinated Juvenile series satellites. It's all been supposition based on the name.

Object 43199 has apparently been identified as Shaonian Xing (Youth Sat). So the unknown satellite that identifies itself as MXSAT-1 is actually the student satellite Shaonian Xing. It also means this satellite does not transmit on its coordinated frequencies.
