It is only a few years old, is working fine. But we got another one – bigger.
We needed one to provide a full 20G vibe on a 3U cubesat.
This one can only get to 20 g on a 1U.

I have no idea how things get transferred, but I am certain that our comptroller will only let us transfer it inter-agency. So if you are not somehow able to get a government transfer, please don’t bother asking. And we are still waiting to see if any other department on campus wants it.
This thing is big. The image on the above web page has a 19” half-rack for the amp as shown on the left, but the image of the VIBE table itself is at HALF that same scale in that image. SO it is actually twice as big, about 4’ long, 3’ high and 2’ wide and very heavy half inch steel, double the size shown.
