[AMSAT-BB] Schedule in RS-44 between the Caribbean ans Western Europe

This info is mainly for the western Europe satellite operators. If any on the list.

MI0ILE and I (CO7WT) have set an schedule in RS-44 for December 5 in the 9:44z pass, if any operator on Europe needs FL11 is welcomed to join.
