Seems indeed at around 19:50utc it was turned off: Around that time (at the very beginning of the pass) I did hear that single packet and no more after that.
Which confirms that your timer works fine !

I'm very sorry though we informed you that the APD observation had started, the APD module was automatically turned off at 19:50, Jun 24(UTC) due to an electrical power shortage.
