The chaos and mayhem have not improved. In fact, they seem to begetting worse. Perhaps, more emphasis needs to be placed on the use of proper operatingprocedures. Or, some other tact or teaching method needs to be used toemphasize that one should ensure an existing QSO is not QRM'ed beforetransmitting. Don't you agree? Surely, you must be aware of the problems occurring onthe FM Satellites from QRM. The weekends are particularly difficult. Asmore users are being added, the problem is getting worse. Education is thekey to making things better. TNX, Bob K8BL

Please stress the proper operating procedures when using a single channel Satellite so the existing chaos and mayhem can eventually be abated. One of the biggest problems is that many Stations are not allowing an existing QSO to finish before transmitting on top of it. This causes repeats which uses up the short time the Satellite is available for other Stations. TNX, Bob K8BL -----------------------------------------------------------
