[amsat-bb] FUNcube Warehouse SSL Certificate and other changes

Hi,

Some time ago we removed the https/SSL requirement for access but left a redirect in place 'just in case'.

The certificate has now expired and all access should be done through http://warehouse.funcube.org.uk

We are doing other work to allow download of larger chunks of csv formatted data for end users. More details later this week.
