I use an IOS satellite tracking program called SatExpPro which downloads the TLE's from Celestrak. I can't find the TLE's for AO-85 at the Celestrak site. Does the Celestrak site use a different name for AO-85? There is no listing for Fox either. The SatExpPro program does not allow for the downloading of the TLE's from the AMSAT site which has the TLE's for AO-85.
I use SatPC32 on my desktop and download the TLE's from the AMSAT site for AO-85. Is there a reason that the Celestrak site would not host the TLE's for AO-85?
Thanks for any help in solving this mystery.

What I understand is that the keps are not available as the satellite was launched using a military rocket. You will have to manually copy from http://www.amsat.org/amsat/ftp/keps/current/nasa.all 73 Nitin [VU3TYG]

I use the same iPhone app, Frank. It's a shame that they don't include those newer sats.
I've put an icon on my screen to the following URL to at least have a way to see pass predictions for those satellites even though it's not as easy to use as the SatExpPro app:

It is true, having been launched on a classified mission the TLEs for AO-85 are only available to a few of us at AMSAT. So the AMSAT-provided Keplerian elements are the only ones that contain them.

I was using SatExpPro, but switched back to PocketSat3 for this very reason. I really liked SatExpPro too :-(
