those are tlm frames from UHF radio, radios are the same as BDSAT, BDSAT2, Planetum and Veronica, so you can search for their webpages for frames description. For example here:

https://bdsat.cz/for-radio-amateurs.html

In short time, I hope that Grafana at Satnogs would be constructed, so you will see results of your received frames graphically.
