My suggestion would be to have a look at the SPF5043.

Probably a little more than 10mA, but a nice device. Needs a good LPF as it has gain from 50MHz to 4GHz

The satellite team at the University of Louisiana is look for a VHF preamp design to fly in a sat. The amp should have

1. Gain > 20 db

2. NF < 1 db

3. DC volts 3.3 vdc

4. Current ~ 10 ma
