I can hear a WA2, but not my own CW signal on the downlink.
Using an Elk for uplink. IC910H. Power at 50%, azimuth only 20 degrees from center of the Elk.
Just to confirm, uplink center band is 435.140, downlink center band is 145.960.

That's correct, however the local oscillator in the transponder is not stable. You need to add between 6-10 kHz to your uplink frequency depending on the pass (and it varies during the pass as well).
I was busy during that pass, but I'll be on the next pass at 0255 UTC.
