The AMSAT treasurer is now asking for my input by the end of August. All I can give him is what I project for project management, and the rollover from 06 to 07 of the IHU board respin that didn't happen. Everything else will be ZERO.
I think part of the problem is that it isn't clear (at least to me) who should be submitting a budget. For example, who should submit a budget for the Digital Comms Payload? Should that be subdivided into the various subsystems?
