[pacsat-dev] AX5043 Rx and Tx working

Thanks to help from Rich, I did get the Launchpad+Jonathan Pi 5043 board to both transmit on 70cm and receive on 2m. Hint: Among other things the 5043 really needs an antenna, not just a dummy load, in order to transmit even a foot or two!
