I forgot to include the link. Oddly, Mouser has them but Digikey does not even list them. Long lead time, but Mouser has a few hundred and are expecting even more in January.

It appears that there are 8Megabyte MRAM chips available at Digikey at about $50. Everspin is the brand we have been using. I think they invented the technology.
