That's essentially what I've been thinking for the overall design.
The TCXO fanout might be interesting. I'm not knowledgeable concerning TCXO loading factors. One good thing is the board doesn't require clock synchronization.

If I recall, the 5043 also has an OSC Out capability so they might daisy-chain. Of course that makes them less independent.

The 5043 has a clock output that is a programmable divider off the internal oscillator.
That would as you say reduce reliability.
TCXO fanout is common but I have no experience and I researched the subject at a high level without digging in .
