Hit send too soon. After you select the rotors then you need to go to Communication > AZ Com port and select the com port for AZ then do EL/AZ+EL Com port and select the com port for the EL

You can set DDE output in SatPC32 and also use a DDE client like the one from Green Heron called GH Tracker or what I do is run PSTrotator which supports the Green Heron for rotor control and run SatPC32 for radio control. Just be aware if you use DDE output you will lose the ability to park antennas after a pass and also the ability to have antennas start before a pass.
