Help with ISS KEPS?

I need some help solving a quandary I've run into. An ISS school contact is scheduled for 18:23 UTC on 9/22/06 at 32 deg elevation for the school in Crete, IL. Heavens-above.com agrees that such a pass exists and that it should be a 51 degree pass for my QTH of Bowling Green, KY (37N 86.45W). However, my Orbitron predictions show ISS passes at 17:02 and 18:39 UTC. Clearly, something is out of phase here. I have tried using ISS KEPS from the AMSAT site, from Space-Track, and from NASA's Human Flight site http://spaceflight.nasa.gov/realdata/ All give essentially the same results in Orbitron, which are not in sync with the announced contact schedule or Heavens-above. 1. Can anyone offer a clue as to what is wrong with what I'm doing? 2. What happened to the email updates of ISS KEPS we used to receive? (Those gave accurate predictions via Orbitron.) 3. Atlantis, STS-115 Crew Return to Earth

SUBMITTED BY ARTHUR N1ORC - AMSAT A/C #31468 Atlantis, STS-115 Crew Return to Earth Space Shuttle Atlantis glided to a landing this morning at Kennedy Space Center, Fla., concluding a successful mission to resume construction of the International Space Station. Atlantis and the six-member STS-115 crew spent nearly 12 days in space. Touchdown occurred at 6:21 a.m. EDT at the Shuttle Landing Facility. It was the 21st night landing for a space shuttle and the 15th night landing at the Florida spaceport. Atlantis launched Sept. 9 and arrived at the station on the 11th. The crew delivered the P3/P4 integrated truss segment to the station and conducted three successful spacewalks primarily devoted to preparing the truss and its solar arrays for operation. The 17.5-ton truss will provide power and data services for the station. The solar arrays, which were unfurled on Sept. 14, span 240 feet and will double the station’s power generation capability once they become operational. STS-115 was the 116th shuttle flight and the 19th mission to visit the space station. Atlantis has now flown 27 times and made six trips to the station. Post-Landing News Conferences Scheduled At no earlier than 8:30 a.m. NASA TV will carry live a post-landing news conference with Administrator Michael Griffin, Deputy Associate Administrator for Space Operations Lynn Cline, NASA Launch Director Mike Leinbach and Launch Integration Manager LeRoy Cain. ARISS Events - Three contacts - Switzerland, Washington D.C. and Illinois, Fri (Sept 22)

Several International Space Station ARISS school contacts have been planned for Friday, Sept 22. Thomas Reiter will speak with students at the Gymnase Intercantonal de la Broye, Payerne, Switzerland on Friday, 22 Aug 2006 beginning about 10:44 UTC. Students at George Washington University in Washington D.C will speak with Anousheh Ansari about 16:49 UTC under control operator privileges of a US licensed crew member. On the very next orbit at about 18:25 UTC, students at Crete-Monee Middle School in Crete, IL will speak with ISS Exp 13 crew member Jeff Williams. The contacts will be direct between stations DP0ISS and HB4FR for the first event. The next two events will have NA1SS contacting KE4GDU and then AJ9N for the third event . The contacts should be audible to anyone in portions of Europe for the first pass and then Eastern Canada and the Eastern United States for the last two events. Interested parties are invited to listen in on the 145.80 MHz downlink. Information about the three schools follows: The Gymnase Intercantonal de la Broye is located in the town of Payerne, 40 km southwest of Bern, in the French speaking part of Switzerland. It first opened in August 2005 with 300 students. The class M1d , having the ARISS QSO is composed of 23 students (17 girls and 6 boys), aged between 15 and 17 years. Their studies will end up with a Certificate of Maturity. The class is conducted by Mrs. Florence Lamon, and the school director is Mr. Thierry Maire. The QSO will be held in the museum "Clin d'Ailes", located on the Payerne Swiss Airforce Base. The museum "Clin d'Ailes" shows the military aeronautics of the second half of the 20th century. The president of the Museum Foundation is Mr. Claude Nicollier, first Swiss Astronaut. Mr. Nicollier will be with the students during the QSO. After the QSO, the students will follow the Swiss Space Days activities organized by the Swiss Astronautics Association in the Gymnase and the museum "Clin d'Ailes". The George Washington University had its beginning in 1821 as The Columbian College in the District of Columbia. The name of the institution was changed in 1873 to Columbian University and in 1904 to The George Washington University.
