Hello all, Voice frequencies for ISS. Using same band Doppler shifts at "ground station", ISS can not change for Doppler. U 144.487 D 145.803 U 144.488 D 145.802 U 144.489 D 145.801 U 144.490 D 145.800 U 144.491 D 145.799 U 144.492 D 145.798 U 144.493 D 145.797 These work very well. Hello All, I just received a nice audio recording from Scott WA6LIE. Charles made random contacts above USA with several amateurs. He said a few intresting words to Scott. Charles said: I think amateur radio was the begining of the internet! And its still alive, I never thought I would do neither amateur radio or Space flights but both of them are lot of fun. Well I just want to congratulate the community for the great job they are doiing in performing the charter as we learned about it, and thank everbody to help me getting to the community helping me along guys, its not easy for me and I do the best I can, so thanks a lot guys and I hope I can talk as many people as possible. second try with this subject Greetings from n2oeq, long island new york Last night was ideal for viewing the ISS after sunset in the southeast sky. Pass times are ideal now for the viewing of the ISS in the lower 48. I havent seen the ISS for a number of years. Now, with the extra solar panels and trusses, it is much brighter than before. It was brighter than a planet or star or airplane. Check your home or online tracking program for visible passes around the states. Truly impressive sight. 73, pat n2oeq Generally , passes from about an hour to hour and a half after sunset are best for viewing.

Charles Simonyi QSOs

All, I have gotten several reports that Charles Simonyi is making QSOs with the general ham radio community. Some contacts last night in Hawaii and the USA Northern West Coast.
