Hi all: Yesterday at 1204 UTC I did get an ISS image, and the interesting thing was that it had on Hurricane Omar, for which we were lucky only a few rains fell here. It was on Robot 36 and used MMSSTV and FT-857 w/ vertical AR-2. It's like a P4 with some noise. Today did not received or heard anything, but let's see. ISS Pass Today

I had know problems hearing all audio here in EL09rk, San Antonio, Tx this morning. W5KWQ, Richard was talking to a group of kids answering there question from a school. Hi again, While sorting some SSTV audio out of the main files, I discovered Mike Finke making voice contacts _IN BETWEEN_ two SSTV transmissions. How the heck that happened, I don't know... and I'm surprised that I found it at all, but it sure indicates that I might have missed some other stuff in my activity log. If anyone thinks they made a contact and wants me to review my audio files at certain time marks, please let me know and I will do my best. Hi, We heard nothing in the last 3 passes over Argentina, and nothing means no SSTV, no packet radio and no phone..... We are still waiting......... tx time

Hi all, Again i received a nice sstv image. orbit 56775. Like SM5SRR Eskil posted, You have to be lucky to receive due to the tx hang time when iss is not on a overhead pass. I wonder what happens after Richard leaves the iss. if the sstv stay's on, leave it like it is. then we would have much opportunities to receive sstv. If sstv would not be on all the time or we have to wait as long as we did now, maybe someone would set the hang time a little shorter... Tnx to all the people who have helped to setup this project. Hello; Beautiful pass a few minutes ago. Richard was having an ARISS contact with a school. Loud and clear signal from this end. He did a great job answering the questions. Fast and effective and yet personal. The kids must have loved it! After the ARISS contact was over, he started calling CQ. Unfortunately for me, he was only 2 degrees above the horizon. It shouldn't be too hard to work him. So keep listening because he seems to be quite active! 73, Eskil/SM5SRR

Hello folks, It seems the transmitter hangs a while after each transmission. After that there is a long period of silence. On my last pass 60 min ago, I heard the end of an SSTV transmission and managed to copy a picture during the second transmission. For the whole 11 minute pass, only 2 SSTV transmissions were made.
