This is very sad news. Dick's impact to AMSAT and amateur radio in space was enormous. He will be sadly missed. A memorial service will be held for Dick Daniels, W4PUJ on Saturday, February 25th at 1:00PM . The location is the Little River Presbyterian Church, 6025 Little Falls Rd, Arlington VA 22207. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a contribution to: Capital Caring, 950 N Glebe Rd #500, Arlington VA 22203. This is the organization that provided hospice care for Dick. -- 73- Martha

I see that ARRL and AMRAD will have displays there. Is it too late to have an Amsat presence? Or should we coordinate something with the ARRL? All: The second USA Science & Engineering Festival is Saturday and Sunday, April 28- 29, 2012 http://www.usasciencefestival.org/ It will include a job fair and a Meet the Scientist/Engineer networking area. I am going there to look for any ham radio representation. I plan to wear my W2LNX hat and a Linux tie. David, W2LNX
