This week's VEGA launch KEPs are shown below. MASAT-1 has been designated MO-72 by AMSAT (see www.amsat.org).
This week I have used the catalog number that is claimed by the satellite's home website (see www.amsat.org). Some websites do not indicate a catalog number. MO-72 (MASAT-1) and E-STAR claim the same catalog number (38079).
The satellites are too close together to distinguish who is who and the same KEPs work for several VEGA cubesats. I await more input before I choose.
The current KEPs are as follows:

The European Space Agency launch site at Kourou, French Guiana successfully launched eight new satellites on February 13, 2012. These satellites operate in the Amateur band. See www.amsat.org for details and operating frequencies.
Once again the satellites are too close together to distinguish who is who. Time and a lot of effort by some talented people (not me!)will reveal the which object is which satellite. Any ideas?

It appears that the rumors of the demise SumbandilaSat (SO-67, Cat# 35870)may have been greatly exaggerated. A rescue effort is taking place. See the following website - www.amsatsa.org.za
Thus SO-67 has been added back in to the KEPs distribution.
ARISSAT1 (Cat# 37772) has been dropped.
The following satellites have been dropped from the weekly AMSAT KEPs distribution.
OOREOS Cat # 37224 (Keps are not being updated)
HAWSAT1 Cat # 35003 (Keps are not being updated)
CP6 Cat # 35004 (Keps are not being updated)
SO-67 Cat # 35870 (Not Operational)
The following satellite has been added.
RS-39 (CHIBIS-M) Cat # 38051
Per AMSAT News Service Bulletin ANS-029 2012 ...
"The Chibis-M satellite, RS-39, was deployed from the Progress M-13M
cargo ship into a 500 km orbit on January 24, as planned. RS-39 has
CW beacons on 435.315 and 435.215 MHz."
