Rather than continue to send a "No amateur satellite additions or deletions
..." report each week, I have decided to send an update message only when an
addition or deletion has actually occurred. It seems a waste of bulletin
space to send a message when there is really no new news.
Please assume that if there is no change message, that means no additions or
deletions have occurred.
(Yes, there are no changes this week.)
