For now the NORAD CAT IDs for ChubuSat-2 or CubuSat-3 will be as follows:

ChubuSat-3 - NORAD CAT ID 41339
I reserve the right to change the NORAD CAT ID if I have these backwards.

The North Korean KWANGMYONGSONG4, NORAD ID # 41332, (also known as DPRK
Brilliant Star) has achieved a stable orbit, but has so far remained silent.
We will continue to include the TLEs for this satellite for the time being.

No new launch date has been set.
