I am pleased to announce that AMSAT NA has recieved approval to continue
re-distribution of Keplerian elements from the Air Force Space Command
data source (Space Track website) for the period April 1, 2009 to April
1 2010.
Thanks to the AFSPC team and especially to Mr. Mark Riddle for their
help in this process.
This means that the AMSAT Keplerian Elements in verbose format and the
2-line format can be freely by those who recieve them from AMSAT.
AMSAT's two formats are each considered an AMSAT product and therefore
can be freely distributed. AMSAT asks that AMSAT NA be given credit as
the source for your redistribution.

Does anyone have a list of what each object is now believed to be?
Listen for KAGAYAKI Satellite. Object D is thought to be KAGAYAKI
Per AMSAT News Service Bulletin 046.01 from AMSAT HQ SILVER SPRING, MD.
dated February 15, 2009:
"The KAGAYAKI satellite has not been heard since it was launched with
Japan's January 23 GOSAT satellite. KAGAYAKI was to transmit morse
code on FM after separation from the H-2A booster. If operational KAGAYAKI
should be tranmitting morse code on FM or 9600bps packet at 437.375MHz.
The command team thinks the satellite's output power may very low
because the antenna or solar panel has not extended properly. Ground
controllers have been searching for a downlink signal using a spectrum
analyzer."
