W9VNE QSO with NA1SS a/k/a The BIG BIRD

I have been visually tracking the ISS for several years. One of my other interests is in star gazing. Now I can say that I have talked to the BIG BIRD too. At 1242 GMT Richard came back : " will the station in Cincinnati come back". Well I decided that he was hearing a lot of alphabet soup . . . . just numbers and letters and that something different might be useful in catching his ear . . . . so I used my city CINCINNATI. Well it worked. I have operated from the other side of pileups too and know that you appreciate having something differentiate A signal from the others. A friend of mine who lives about 10 miles from me has it all on a recording. Good luck to all of you who are trying to grab a quick QSO with Richard. I achieved one of my goals in Ham Radio. The last two passes over Europe no signal heard from ISS. 09:47 UTC and 11:22 UTC Too bad, because in the pass from 08:15 UTC I heard George tell about problems with the SSTV signals. What command to use to get next 24hrs AOS/LOS for a particular satellite using predict server

Hello all Anyone more experienced with querying the predict server? The only documentation I have for querying it is the demo.c file which comes with predict. What I want to do, after I have built the list of satellites using the GET_LIST function is to build a list of AOS and LOS times for each satellite in say the next 24hrs. Is there a PREDICT command to do this? Closest I have seen is the PREDICT "SAT NAME" time command, but this gives me a prediction of the satellite position at a certain time. What radical change has taken place to prevent uplinking SSTV to ISS?? How did Richards get the morning paper (SAN DIEGO UNION) I sent to him and Ellen Baker in 1992.
