Possible answer to Keps question for O/OREOS, from NASA Ames: >Best guess now is that the TLEs (Keplerian elements) will be posted within about an hour of launch on the mission dashboard -- our ops team posts them immediately when they are provided by the launch operator. CQ : Information on P3E?

Hi all. I am trying to find some information on P3E. I wonder if anyone can help? Specifically, I'm trying to find the overall mass of the satellite and the mass of the fuel carried for the 200N orbital transfer motor. I can estimate it from AO-13, but I wondered if any accurate info was available. Many thanks David G0MRF

Hi All, The mode change is complete, according to schedule. November 18 (late UTC) FM Repeater, L/SU Uplink: 1268.705 MHz FM (no PL tone) Downlinks: 2401.200 MHz FM *and* 435.300 MHz FM (at low power!) The next mode change will be: November 21 (late UTC) FM Repeater, V/U Uplink: 145.920 MHz FM (no PL tone) Downlink: 435.300 MHz FM 9k6 Baud PBBS Operations, L/U Uplink: 1268.705 MHz FM at 9600 baud Downlink: 435.150 MHz FM at 9600 baud 73! Jameson, MO (EN20xa and EN30aa) - 19 Nov

David and I plan on working a few passes tomorrow from north of Jameson, MO on the grid line (EN20xa and EN30aa). We will probably work from the same location we did a couple years ago on Isle Ave west of hwy 13. We are planning on working the HO-68 pass @ 1658z, SO-50 pass @ 1831z, AO-27 pass @ 1837z and HO-68 pass at 1847z ... weather permitting... OT: Magellan Meridian Gold and APRS

Hi all, Somewhat a bit off topic to the birds but has anybody successfully combined a Magellan Meridian Gold GPS unit to a VHF transceiver? If so, please contact me off -BB. BTW, a couple weeks ago I was in the midst of trying to get the TM-D710A working with an odd split frequency, the ISS uplink/downlink to be more specific. I'm still in the process of working on that and should have favorable results soon. I'll keep you posted on that as well. Just wish I had more time on my hands. 73, Jeff WB3JFS

First question I have right off the bat is.What brand or kind of antenna is in expensive that I could use for a base antenna? I have the yaesu 5500 rotor. Also I an Arror portable antenna to take camping etc. Mike N8GBU
