This launch is carrying two Astro Pi's to the ISS which may be used to provide a video source for the HamTV system. http://amsat-uk.org/2015/10/30/tim-peake-kg5bvi-iss-astro-pis/ As well as @astro_pi the Cygnus also carries the first Elementary School satellite STMsat 437.8 MHz, and other CubeSats such as CADRE intended for later deployment from ISS. Vega Launch Re-Scheduled for This Evening (USA time)

The Vega rocket has been cleared for launch overnight with Europe's LISA Pathfinder technology demo mission, a probe heading to a station a million miles from Earth to test systems for a future gravitational wave observatory. Liftoff from French Guiana is set for 0404 GMT Thursday (11:04 p.m. EST Wednesday). There are no amateur payloads on this launch; enjoy the rocket ... Video will be webstreamed on www.arianespace.tv starting 20 minutes prior to launch. Upcoming ARISS contact with Dragonskolan, Umeå, Sweden

An International Space Station school contact has been planned with participants at Dragonskolan, Umeå, Sweden on 04 Dec. The event is scheduled to begin at approximately 10:15 UTC. It is recommended that you start listening approximately 10 minutes before this time.The duration of the contact is approximately 9 minutes and 30 seconds. SPECIAL NOTE: If Cygnus fails to launch on 2015-12-03, then the contact cannot be supported for the date and time noted in this release and will need to be rescheduled for next year. The contact will be a telebridge between NA1SS and LU1CGB. The contact should be audible over portions of Argentina and adjacent areas. Interested parties are invited to listen in on the 145.80 MHz downlink. The contact is expected to be conducted in English. School Information: Dragonskolan is one of the biggest upper secondary schools in Sweden and is located in central Umeå. Currently hosting 1820 students aged 16-19 and 300 staff; it has recently been renovated to meet modern needs in a stimulating learning environment.
