The GNU Mailman software used to manage our mailing lists is in the
process of being upgraded to address the problem with some ISP's rejecting
messages. Some difficulties in this upgrade caused an outage for the
last day or so. The outage is believed to be behind us, however
additional configuration work still needs to be done to take advantage of
the new capabilities of the upgrade and get mail to all addressees with a
minimum of confusion and delay.
Thank you for your patience.

This one is a little more rare than DM03, but only if you don't have it
confirmed!

I am looking at getting a dualband antenna to take on some grid activations
while traveling this year, and wonder if there is a consensus as to which
one is the best? It wouldn't have to be a specific handheld one as I think
most of the dualband ones can be held by the end of the boom and also
mounted for portable operations.
