The ARRL Foundation Grants an Award for the ARISS *STAR* Keith Pugh
Memoriam Project
ARISS‐USA is known for engaging students in STEAM (science, technology,
engineering, arts, and mathematics) subjects by arranging live
question-and-answer sessions via amateur radio (ham radio) between K‐12
students and astronauts on the International Space Station (ISS). In the
last two decades, over 1,400 contacts have connected more than one million
youth using amateur radio, with millions more watching and learning. ARISS
is constantly pursuing educational opportunities that inspire student
interest and outcomes.
ARISS-USA is pleased to announce that the ARRL Foundation awarded funding
for the first year of a two-year project called the “ARISS *STAR* Keith
Pugh Memoriam Project” with *STAR* being the acronym for Space Telerobotics
using Amateur Radio. The ARRL Foundation very generously provided $47,533.
The project honors the memory of highly-respected Keith Pugh, whose call
sign was W5IU (Silent Key, May 2019). He was an expert supporter of ARISS
for many years, a star ARISS Technical Mentor assisting schools with their
ARISS contacts, finding educators who might be interested in learning about
ARISS, and going to schools to lead youth in a variety of lessons about
wireless radio technology.
ARISS *STAR* (short for ARISS *STAR* Keith Pugh Memoriam Project), is a
brand-new education program that will enable US junior high and high school
education groups to remotely control robots through digital APRS (Automatic
Packet Reporting System) commands using amateur radio. Year 1 focuses on
systems development and initial validation of *ARISS* STAR, and Year 2
focuses on evaluation and final validation. Systems development and
evaluation will be led by university staff and students who will undertake
hands-on-wireless and telerobotics lesson development, learn about Amateur
Radio, and support the development of the *STAR* engineering hardware and
software. Next, youth teams will be selected to experiment and critique
*STAR* telerobotics scenarios along closed courses and radio lessons. Some
participating students will want to prepare for, and earn, their amateur
radio licenses, using ham radio to learn and practice concepts in radio
technology and radio communications.
Overarching goals for *STAR* are to improve and sustain ARISS STEAM
educational outcomes with youth. Robotics is gaining popularity among youth
and adults alike. Telerobotics adds a wireless accent to robotic control.
*STAR*, therefore, gives ARISS a new educational dimension to attract the
attention of more education groups and their students and
educators—outreach that promises to attract new audiences.
The ARRL Foundation was established in 1973 by ARRL, The National
Association for Amateur Radio ®, and advances the art, science and societal
benefits of the Amateur Radio Service by awarding financial grants and
scholarships to individuals and organizations in support of their
charitable, educational and scientific efforts. ARISS-USA Executive
Director Frank Bauer, KA3HDO, praised the ARRL Foundation, saying, “ARISS
team member, Keith Pugh, W5IU, poured his energy into inspiring, engaging
and educating youth in space and in amateur radio endeavors. What a better
way to honor Keith than through the ARISS *STAR* initiative. We thank the
ARRL Foundation for their vision to move this initiative forward. Maybe
someday one of our ARISS *STAR* students will use their telerobotics skills
to control scientific rovers on the Moon or Mars!”

EASAT-2 and Hades Satellites with FM Repeaters Scheduled for Launch on
January 13th
I just wanted to confirm with you all that the launch of EASAT-2 and Hades
satellites is scheduled for this January, 13, 15.25 UTC on SpaceX TR-3
flight, as it has been confirmed to us by Alba Orbital.
As it has been noted in older posts, both satellites offer voice
communications in FM and data retransmission in FSK or AFSK up to 2400 bps,
such as AX.25 or APRS frames. They also transmit voice beacons in FM with
the callsigns AM5SAT and AM6SAT, as well as CW, and, in the case of Hades,
SSTV live images too.
We thank you in advance for trying to receive their signals and of course
for trying to use the repeater. EASAT-2 one will be automatically active 30
minutes after the launch although it would be a priority for us trying to
have some telemetry frames first to check if all is working properly.
I tell you a bit more about the satellites:
EASAT-2 has been designed and built jointly by AMSAT-EA and students from
the European University of Degrees in Aerospace Engineering in Aircraft and
in Telecommunication Systems Engineering, with contributions from ICAI in
the communications part, and it incorporates as an experimental load a
basalt material from Lanzarote, similar to lunar basalts, provided by the
CSIC research group on meteorites and planetary geosciences at the
Institute of Geosciences, IGEO (CSIC-UCM) and that could be used as a
construction material on the Moon. This project was promoted and has the
collaboration of the ETSICCP (UPM).
The UNESCO world geopark of Lanzarote and the Chinijo archipelago has been
used for different investigations as an analogue of the Moon and Mars, also
including the training of ESA astronauts. The selected basalt material
meets the requirements to be used as a simulant of the existing basalt on
the Moon. The purpose of the experiment is to determine its evolution in
space based on periodic measurements of some of its properties. Although
the experiment is limited and constitutes the first phase of this type of
study, it represents an important milestone as it is the first of its kind
to be introduced on such a small satellite.
As for Hades, its payload consists of a miniature camera module that
outputs the captured images as an audio signal in SSTV mode. The SSTV
formats it uses are compatible with Robot36, Robot72, MP73 and MP115. The
design of the cam module is based on the one used in the successful mission
of the PSAT2 satellite, an amateur radio satellite of the United States
Naval Academy and the Brno University of Technology. This camera has been
operational since June 25, 2019: (http: // www.aprs.org/psat2.html).
The camera chip is the Omnivision OV2640, which provides a resolution of up
to 2M pixels and compressed JPEG output. The resolution is limited by the
internal memory of the CPU (MCU) that controls the camera to 320x240
(typical) or 640x480 maximum. The MCU selected for the control is the
STM32F446RET6, which has the smallest possible footprint with connection to
a DCMI peripheral, necessary for the connection with the camera. Images can
be stored in 2MB serial flash memory. The complete SSTV encoder has managed
to be implemented on a 4 layer PCB with dimensions of only 38x38mm. The MCU
can be fully controlled from ground stations. The firmware allows the
sending of live camera images, images previously saved in flash memory, or
images encoded in ROM. It also provides PSK telemetry and imaging advance
scheduling with current status (event counters, temperature, voltage, light
conditions, etc.) and a brief summary.
The described module has been developed and manufactured in the Department
of Radioelectronics of the Brno University of Technology in the Czech
Republic. Both hardware and firmware designs with the source codes will be
available on Github under the MIT license (https://github.com/alpov/SatCam).
As noted, initially only the EASAT-2 repeater is active. Hades one will be
activated by remote control a few days after launch.

AX.25, APRS 1200/2400 bps
436.888 MHz downlink, Modes: FM voice, CW FSK 50 bps, SSTV Robot 36, FM
voice beacon with callsign AM6SAT

+ A new distance record has been claimed on AO-109. ES4RM in KO49al
completed a SSB QSO with F4DXV in JN04iu on 22-Dec-2021 at 15:24 UTC - a
distance of 2,445 km. With a reported total power output of 8 mW, SSB QSOs
over a decent range are quite a challenge. Can anyone do better?
+ With the recent re-enabling of the AO-73 transponder, Paul Stoetzer,
N8HM, has issued the 59th 73 on 73 Award to JA1OJA. This award was
completed using CW only. N8HM notes, "AO-73 is a fantastic satellite, but
it can be a challenge due to the transponder's frequency drift. With the
recent technical issues, we don't know how long it will be available. Get
on and make some QSOs so that more operators can receive this award!" More

Old St. Mary's School, Chicago, Illinois, USA
May29, 2022—Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) has receivedschedule confirmation for an ARISS radio contact between astronauts aboard theInternational Space Station (ISS) and students at the Old St. Mary's School locatedin Chicago, IL. ARISS conducts 60-80 ofthese special amateur radio contacts each year between students around theglobe and crew members with ham radio licenses aboard the ISS.
Old St. Mary’s School (OSM) (est. 2004) has about 500 studentsin preschool through eighth grade and is located next to the museum campus,which includes the planetarium, natural history museum, and aquarium. Old St. Mary’s School, which is sponsored bythe Archdiocese of Chicago, began a partnership in 2018 with the Museum ofScience and Industry (MSI) in Chicago. For the last four years, MSI's Science Leadership School PartnersProgram has provided support to improve OSM’s scienceprogram by developing partnerships and communication with families andstakeholders, and promoting whole-school projects, including this ARISScontact. In preparation for this contact, students have been learning about awide range of STEM-related topics that address space habitation, our solarsystem, orbital motions, low gravity conditions, and radio wave properties(including RF digital communications). Studentsparticipate in various hands-on activities that apply an understanding ofscience, math, and engineering to various types of model building, as well asattending field-trips to the Challenger Learning Center.
This will be a Multipoint Telebridge Contact via Amateur Radio allowing students to askquestions of Astronaut Bob Hines, amateur radio call sign KI5RQT. LocalCovid-19 protocols are adhered to as applicable for each ARISS contact. Thedownlink frequency for this contact is 145.800 MHZ and may be heard bylisteners that are within the ISS-footprint that also encompasses thetelebridge station.
The ARISS amateur radio ground station(telebridge station) for this contact is in Aartselaar, Belgium. The amateurradio volunteer team at the ground station will use the callsign ON4ISS, toestablish and maintain the ISS connection.
TheARISS radio contact is scheduled for May 31, 2022 at 11:32 am CDT (Chicago, IL)(16:32:31UTC, 12:32 pm EDT, 10:32 am MDT, 9:32 am PDT).

My QTH is in the radio-quiet woods of Maine (about 70 miles from where
Andover Earth Station was located, to communicate with Telstar 1 in 1961).
Lately, I've been experimenting with very low RS-44 passes to my
northeast. This morning, for instance, I heard my CW signal with fade but
peaking at S3 during a <1 degree pass that lasted a little over one
minute. I was calling CQ but heard no one responding. The RS-44 footprint
at that time covered all of SV and northwest TA, which got me thinking.
Does anyone know of SAT activity in those two countries? If so, I'd like
to sked with SV and TA for two new DXCC entities. I'm also happy to sked
with anyone interested in experimenting with RS-44 when it's making a low
pass at your QTH and I'm in its footprint. CW is the best mode, by far.
The giant horn antenna that Andover Earth Station had (now dismantled) is
only a pipedream of mine.

Call for Nominations - 2022 AMSAT Board of Directors Election
AMSAT solicits nominations for the 2022 AMSAT Board of Directors election,
to be held in the third quarter of the year. The seats of the following
three incumbent Directors expire in 2022 and will be filled by this year's
election:

Further, up to two Alternate Directors may be elected for one-year terms.
A valid nomination for Director must be written and requires either one
Member Society or five current individual members in good standing to

Second ARISS Interoperable Radio System Installed On-Board ISS
On May 25, 2022, Roscosmos cosmonaut Oleg Artemyev installed new amateur
radio equipment on the Russian segment of the International Space Station
(ISS) — a Kenwood TM-D710GA transceiver. The transceiver was delivered on
February 17, 2022 on the Progress MS-19 cargo ship. Artemyev successfully
dismantled the old amateur radio equipment and installed the new equipment.
Tests are expected in the coming days.

INSPIRE-Say 7 Coordinated by the IARU
A 2U mission. The INSPIRE-SAT 7 satellite is a University project made by
Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin en Yvelines (France) on behalf of
LATMOS (UVSQ, Sorbonne Université, Université Paris Saclay, CNRS). This
satellite is a demonstrator to experiment new technology with a strong
involvement of students. This satellite helps to experiment miniaturized
remote sensing sensors that could be used in the multi-point observation of
Essential Climate Variables (ECV) and ionosphere. The project is used for
educational outreach for school. Students (PhD, master, Engineering school,
…) contribute directly to the projects at different level. INSPIRESAT 7
provides hands-on experience and training to students in the requirements
definition, reliability and quality assurance, cost and risk management,
design, construction, spacecraft integration and test, mission operations,
and control of complete satellite systems.
The INSPIRE-SAT 7 2U CubeSat embeds the following missions: 1) To provide a
flight platform with functionalities open to ham radio community. An
amateur radio payload (SPINO), which is a versatile telecommunication
solution suitable for CubeSat will be available. Operating in UHF and VHF
bands, it features tight integration with amateur radio service and the
worldwide amateur radio community. The SPINO board features functions
dedicated to the amateur radio community with a versatile digital
transponder and a digital mailbox service. SPINO will be available in
parallel of other mission according to the power budget. The goal is to
make it accessible at least 30% of the time.
SPINO is supported by the joint efforts of two nonprofit organizations:
AMSAT-Francophone (http://site.amsat-f.org) and the hackerspace Electrolab (
http://electrolab.fr/). SPINO operates in the Amateur Radio service bands,
and features two full transceivers: - VHF: TX (+30 dBm) and RX 144—146 MHz,
- UHF: TX (+30 dBm) and RX 430—440 MHz. SPINO will only work with VHF TX
and UHF RX on this mission. 2) To provide the same FM audio transponder as
the one used in the UVSQ-SAT mission, and open to ham radio community. The
FM transponder will be available in parallel of other mission according to
the power budget. This system will be accessible at least twice a month
(UVSQ-SAT feedback). 3) Technology demonstration with miniaturized sensors
for Earth, Sun and ionospheric observations. 4) Earth observation for
climate purpose, Sun observation for solar physic purpose, Ionospheric
observations for space weather and radiocommunication. All transmitted data
will be used as open access. They will be used for pedagogic activities
(STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics), licence pro
SIMIS of UVSQ students, Master NewSpace for Paris Saclay students open in
2021, etc.). The satellite will be used for education purpose
(hardware/software developments and trainings to satellite operations).

W8MTB: Wednesday, June 1, I will be in a few different grids in the UP;
operating FM satellites only. I’m planning on being in EN66 for AO-91 and
SO-50 in the morning, not sure what grid for PO-101, and EN75 for SO-50
later in the evening. Please DM me if you need one of the grids.
M1DDD/ Activity from IO94 this Sunday 29 May. Probably a couple 2-3 hr
sessions (family visit). Might nip out early evening Sat 28th circa 1700GMT
too. Play it by ear.
W3IPA: EN81, May 28th & 29th he will be in EN81. He’ll aim for as many FM
passes as I can. I’ll attempt some linear. Passes will be posted night
before the 28th.
KE0PBR: EN46, I will be in EN46 on Saturday 5/28, will be on Sats holiday

Adrian (AA5UK) is heading back to the Cayman Islands after several years
now that COVID travel restrictions have been lifted. He will be operating
as ZF2AE/ZF8 from Little Cayman May 29 – June 2 (EK99WP) and from Grand
Cayman as ZF2AE from June 2-June 3 (EK99HI). These locations favor the
west and any contacts with EU will be a challenge. Gear will be FT-1634
with Alaskan Arrow antenna. I may be able to rent a car on Little Cayman
(very $$$) for an afternoon and operate from FK09. This is TBD due to
holiday style schedule and not guaranteed. Please follow me on Twitter

Wl7T: I locked EL58 in for June 29, 30, and July 1. I plan to work 6 meters
for the majority of the time with sat passes as requested. I am going to
operate from a boat from around ~9 AM – 5 PM each day.
W3IPA: DM42 vacation planned for Jul 30- Aug 6th will be on FM passes
vacation style. I will be close to DM41 so might be able to work a
gridline. Will post more updates closer to that week!

May26, 2022—Amateur Radio on the International Space Station (ARISS) has receivedschedule confirmation for an ARISS radio contact between astronauts aboard theInternational Space Station (ISS) and students at the Istituto Comprensivo AVIO,located in Ala, Trento, Italy. ARISSconducts 60-80 of these special amateur radio contacts each year betweenstudents around the globe and crew members with ham radio licenses aboard theISS.
The Mindshub APS [social promotionassociation] was founded in 2016 with the aim of creating a "2.0laboratory" where boys and girls could experiment in the fields ofelectronics, robotics, information technology and 3D printing. MindshubAPS (Mindshub) involves about 40 secondary, high school and university studentsaged 11 to 24 years. For this ARISS contact,Mindshub has partnered with Istituto ComprensivoAVIO (337 students ages 6 to 13 years) to provide this opportunity for studentsto communicate with the ISS. During this project, this collaboration withMindshub has provided student workshops and STEAM-related activities. Mindshubhas a team of volunteers that help with these student activities which haveincluded astronomical observing, and model rocket building (based on their studyof the Vega rocket). The students involved in this ARISS contact are part ofthe school Parliament and participate in the Problem Solving Olympics, wherethey experiment with computational thinking.
This will be a telebridge Contact via Amateur Radio and students will take turnsasking their questions of Astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti, amateur radio callsign IZØUDF. Local Covid-19 protocols are adhered to as applicable for eachARISS contact. The downlink frequency for this contact is 145.800 MHZ and maybe heard by listeners that are within the ISS-footprint that also encompassesthe telebridge station.
The ARISS amateur radio ground station(telebridge station) for this contact is in Paardekraal, South Africa. Theamateur radio volunteer team at the ground station will use the callsignZS6JON, to establish and maintain the ISS connection.

I have for sale a brand new Comet CF-416B 2m/70cm diplexer. It has a SO239
connector for the common feed, and a PL259 connector on a lead for the 1.3
to 170mhz side, and a N male connector on a lead for the 350-540mhz side.
Rated at 500 watts for UHF and 800 watts for VHF.
This is a great way to use an Icom 9700, 910H, 821, 820, Yaesu FT847, or
Kenwood TS2000 or TS790 with 1 dual band antenna. Or you can use or 2
separate radios with 1 antenna to get full duplex on the satellites.
Comet sent this to me new as a warranty replacement item, and I just hooked
it up to make sure it worked. Other than that, it is unused. HRO sells
these new for $53 plus tax and shipping. I am asking $40 shipped and can
take paypal/check/MO.

ARISS Looks Forward to Installation of Additional Radio
An additional amateur radio system has been delivered to the International
Space Station, and it is expected that astronauts will install it in the
next few weeks. The installation will mean that the Amateur Radio on the
ISS (ARISS) will no longer have to switch periodically between FM voice
cross band repeater mode and APRS packet mode. Rather, both operating modes
will be able to be activated simultaneously.
ARISS International Chair Frank Bauer, KA3HDO, made the announcement during
the ARISS Forum at the Hamvention in Xenia, Ohio yesterday.
The additional equipment was delivered to the space station about six weeks
ago, Bauer said. However, the demands on the astronauts' time are such that
the installation can only take place when their schedule allows. The ARISS
team is hopeful that the installation can be completed in the next week or
two, barring any complications.
Digital APRS messages and cross band voice contacts via the ISS are both
very popular modes of operation among earthbound operators. Signals from
the ISS are quite loud and easily heard with very simple equipment.
ARISS has been scheduling a switch of modes approximately once each month,
so that the ARISS system is in packet mode for one month, followed by a
month of FM voice repeater operation. The new capability will allow both of
these popular modes to be constantly available.

AMSAT/TAPR Banquet Honors Bob Bruninga, WB4APR (SK)
The 13th annual AMSAT/TAPR Banquet was held at the Kohler Presidential
Banquet Center in Kettering, Ohio on Friday, May 20. This dinner, always a
highlight of the AMSAT (Radio Amateur Satellite Corp.) and TAPR (Tucson
Amateur Packet Radio) activities during the Dayton Hamvention, was
dedicated to honoring the life and accomplishments of long time amateur
satellite and amateur packet pioneer Bob Bruninga, WB4APR, who passed away
in February.
Reminiscenses of Bob and his career as a professor of engineering at the
U.S. Naval Academy were offered by Bob McGwier, N4HY, and by Frank Bauer,
KA3HDO. Following these presentations, a number of attendees offered
anecdotes about Bob's work -- often behind the scenes -- to facilitate
amateur satellites and to develop enhanced modes of digital communication.
Stories about Bob's enthusiasm for creative projects and his generosity in
sharing his time as teacher and mentor, were central to the memories of
those who had met him and who benefited from his work.
Lively table conversations covered a broad variety of topics, including the
celebration of some new amateurs who had just passed their Technician exams
earlier in the day.

AMSAT Member Melissa Pore, KM4CZN, is 2022 AFA Virginia Teacher of the Year
Melissa Pore, KM4CZN, has been named by the Air and Space Force Association
to be their Virginia State Teacher of the Year. The presentation was made
May 17 at Bishop O'Connell High School in Arlington, VA, where Pore
teaches. the award was presented by Linda McMahon, AFA Virginia State
President.
Pore is a member of AMSAT, an Amateur Radio on the International Space
Station (ARISS) Education Committee member, and an ambassador for the ARISS
program. Melissa is an educational leader in aerospace working with groups
like NASA's Space Communications and Navigation (SCaN), NASA Intern
Program, Space Center Houston SEEC Crew, and the Center for Advancement of
Science in Space (CASIS) through the International Space Station National
Lab. She currently focuses her space passion as an engineering teacher.
In addition to teaching engineering and computer science, she is involved
in the school’s amateur radio and engineering clubs. While she was a
teacher at St. Thomas More Elementary School, Pore was associated with the
STMSAT-1 project. The Earth-observation CubeSat, built entirely by students
at the school, was launched in 2015 but failed to transmit any images. It
was the first satellite constructed by elementary schoolers.
Pore wrote, "I’m so proud to have been selected by the Air and Space Force
Association to be the Virginia State Teacher of the Year. I look forward to
representing the AFA Steele Chapter and the state of Virginia in expanding
aerospace opportunities for all. Thank you Linda McMahon and Mike Maxwell
for presenting the award in front of my students snd colleagues with such
powerful words and sentiments. Thank you especially to Dr. Vorbach and all
the DJO Administration for providing this special day. And most
importantly, thank you students and fellow teachers-we excel together. I
was overwhelmed with emotions and excitement as I listened to Megan Good
Tucker talk about the significance of the award in the midst of such great
challenges all around us. It definitely takes passion and fortitude.
Thank you for this incredible honor. I can’t wait to pay it forward! I feel
like I just got rocket fuel in my jet engines!"

No Changes to TLEs This Week
Two Line Elements or TLEs, often referred to as Keplerian elements or keps
in the amateur community, are the inputs to the SGP4 standard mathematical
model of spacecraft orbits used by most amateur tracking programs. Weekly
updates are completely adequate for most amateur satellites. TLE bulletin
files are updated Thursday evenings around 2300 UTC, or more frequently if

Hawaii!: K5ZM is heading to HI on May 16-26
KC1MEB & NU1U: FN33. We have not come out with a Schedule or exact dates,
somewhere between the 27th and 29th of May.
Adrian (AA5UK) is heading back to the Cayman Islands after several years
now that COVID travel restrictions have been lifted. He will be operating
as ZF2AE/ZF8 from Little Cayman May 29 – June 2 (EK99WP) and from Grand
Cayman as ZF2AE from June 2-June 3 (EK99HI). These locations favor the
west and any contacts with EU will be a challenge. Gear will be FT-1634
with Alaskan Arrow antenna. I may be able to rent a car on Little Cayman
(very $$$) for an afternoon and operate from FK09. This is TBD due to

Satellite Shorts From All Over
+ NASA’s InSight Mars lander mission will likely conclude by the end of the
year as power levels for the spacecraft continue to decline, project
officials confirmed May 17. Project leaders said science operations will
likely end in July as the output of the spacecraft’s two solar panels,

+ The rumors are flying after satellite operator Globalstar announced an
agreement this week with “a large, global customer” to build out a new
communications network, just months after announcing that an unidentified
“potential customer” had put up more than $300 million to finance the
purchase of 13 new satellites. The scuttlebutt is that Apple is behind
these deals, with the goal of using Globalstar to provide satellite

+ U.S. Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and Marco Rubio (R-FL) introduced a
bill to create a Space National Guard, which may be a way for the Space
Force to retain personnel as they leave active duty. (ANS thanks The

+ An orbital launch attempt by Chinese startup iSpace suffered failure
early Friday, May 13, following on from two failures last year. The fourth
Hyperbola-1, a four-stage solid rocket, lifted off from the Jiuquan
Satellite Launch Center in the Gobi Desert at 3:09 a.m. Eastern May 13.
Apparent launch footage appeared on a Chinese social media site shortly
after launch but a period of silence followed, extending well past the time
at which a similar launch could have been declared successful. (ANS thanks

+ The aging shuttle-era spacesuits aboard the International Space Station
have been declared “no-go” for operational, normally planned spacewalks
pending analysis to determine what led to excess water getting into an
astronaut’s helmet during a March excursion, officials confirmed on May 17.
But the bulky spacesuits — “extra-vehicular mobility units,” or EMUs — can
still be used for emergency repairs or to resolve other unexpected issues
if agency managers agree after assessing the overall risk. (ANS thanks

+ A United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket with Boeing’s CST-100 Starliner
spacecraft launched from Space Launch Complex 41, Thursday, May 19, 2022,
at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Boeing’s Orbital Flight
Test-2 (OFT-2) is Starliner’s second uncrewed flight test and will dock to
the International Space Station as part of NASA's Commercial Crew Program.
OFT-2 launched at 6:54 p.m. ET, and will serve as an end-to-end test of the

I have been searching the list archives with no success for the past emails
that discussed this. I seem to remember a few emails discussing an excel
file that showed the different linear satellites and the uplink and
downlink frequencies, to account for doppler shift, at different points in
the passband at different points in the pass.
Can anyone direct me to this resource? I can't seem to find it currently.
