Unfortunately no more TLEs are published for Greencube aka Italy-OSCAR 117, object 53106 (2022-080B), which is fully operational. Fortunately doppler measurements show that the latest available TLE (2022-12-20) is still very accurate. 73, Nico PA0DLO

So give a listen, you just never know. ####################################################################################################################################### Comments on making general contacts I have been seeing a lot of traffic on Facebook and I suspect on other social media sites with people asking why they are not hearing the crew make general contacts. First off the crew is very busy on the ISS and they simply may not have the time to just pick up the microphone and talk. Also, one needs to be aware of their normal daily schedule. I have listed below the constraints that we at ARISS have to follow in order to schedule the school contacts. Hopefully this will help you better schedule your opportunities. Typical daily schedule Wakeup to Workday start= 1.5 hours Workday start to Workday end=12 hours Workday end to Sleep= 2 hours Sleep to wakeup= 8.5 hours The crew's usual waking period is 0730 - 1930 UTC. The most common times to find a crew member making casual periods are about one hour after waking and before sleeping, when they have personal time. They're usually free most of the weekend, as well. SSTV events are not that often. So please check out https://www.ariss.org/ for the latest information or watch for the ARISS announcements. And don’t forget that the packet system is active. As always, if there is an EVA, a docking, or an undocking; the ARISS radios are turned off as part of the safety protocol. You have got me thinking Nico. Over the last few years I have been doing some feasibility studies of generating an in house orbit determination capability within AMSAT. Between the doppler measurements that you do and low cost interferometers that are now possible with cheap SDR dongles it seems like we can do OK here with a little work. I also understand that the SatNOGS people are doing work in this area https://gitlab.orekit.org/socis/satnogs-orbit-determination My youngest is off to college later this year ... It appears that AMSAT IT updated TLE file processing scripts and the changes inadvertently omitted AO-07 from some files starting at approximately 27 JAN 2023 0700 UTC. The files have been restored to their intended state, and an investigation has been launched to understand how the defect was introduced into the processing scripts and how to avoid this kind of problem in the future. Hi Steve, One op amp drives the meter and another op amp drives the interface, they both get their input from the same point so since the meter works you can ignore the input as being bad, VR4 calibrates the interface op amp. I would disconnect the interface and measure the pin on the back to make sure it is not the interface dragging it down. Troubleshooting G5400 controller

Elevation control for my vintage G5400 controller has gone wonky. The front panel meter displays correctly, but the voltage on the DIN port is low, including after a re-calibration (ERC-M interface, detailed every 5-10 deg). Result is the antennas get driven to too high an elevation. Same results with CSN SAT interface and a different DIN cable, so it isn't a voltage sensing circuit in the ERC. I'll be measuring the voltage directly at the cable attachment pins and DIN port on the controller, but the meter reading correctly suggests the problem may be in the box and not the potentiometers out at the rotator. For now, disabled elevation control in SatPC32 so I just have to manage elevation manually. Other troubleshooting suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance. 73 Steve KS1G

Yes, Joe, it runs on W11. I don’t remember having any unusual issues when migrating from W10 to W11.
