I could not agree with you more John. But, I think I am seeing same folks griping from at least 7 years ago. Maybe it is time for an AMSAT members only BB. I had one for a while, but never needed to tune it. It put a huge signal into AO-40, albeit with some polarity/spin fades. Worked real well terrestrially as well. I again wish to inquire if there are any current or past satellite station users with experience using the J Beam, Model MBM88/70cm. It was manufactured by Jaybeam Ltd, Northampton England. Yaesu G500a elevation rotator for sale

Hello all, I have a Yaesu G500a elevation rotator for sale, complete with control box and original shipping carton. This rotator has been fully rebuilt, the entire unit was cleaned, painted, regreased, all bearings were replaced, and phillips head case screws replaced with hex-head screws. All mounting hardware is included. The original plastic cover for the wiring terminals was lost, but a homebrew cover is included. The control box was modified to allow computer control (requires additional hardware). This rotator is the same as the Kenpro KR-500.
