FWIW- If you are going to admonish someone for poor behavior on an FM satellite, it is probably not the best idea to do it during the pass. Done that way, the admonishment becomes as bad as the original QRM. Steve AI9IN

*I don't really understand since getting active on sats again - which is why the same guys keep working each other on every FM satellite pass.* This is especially puzzling when there are rare DX and special event stations on. I operated the 1822 pass yesterday (6 May) and worked two stations, AA2HJ and K9QHO, on CW with about 100 W eirp. Signals were almost as strong as FO-29 used to be and the apogee is about the same as AO-7. A good DX macine for those of us out of range of QO-100. 73 Ray W2RS

Ted, The nasabare is only the TLE which is what's used to track the satellite. The doppler.sqf is the actual frequency and mode info for each satellite that only needs to be added to when a new satellite is added. I'm not sure where HRD gets the frequency and tone info when a new satellite is launched if you don't manually put it in. HRD works fine I guess for FM but totally blows it on the SSB birds unless they really have fixed things. SAT32PC question

Apologies for what could be an easy question but I am a bit new to this. Just getting the station set up at the moment. I have installed SAT32PC and have it tracking a number of the amateur satellites. I have noticed a few sats including PO101, CAS4A and 4B don’t have any frequency info shown in the window above the map. Not sure how to resolve this so any help appreciated. Thanks Paul MM0ZBH
